BASTARDS. I never agree with Sharia Law, but in this case, do the same to them.
Does not bear thinking about.

After you get past the initial shock and repulsion, you've got to be seriously worried about where these people are going to end up. It's not that big a step from a defenceless dog to a defenceless child.

Liverpool is no different to any other big city. It's just that you yokels seem to think it's fair game. There are a lot of good things happen in Liverpool. Unfortunately, those kind of stories don't pander to your prejudices.

I agree. I am a family man, a dog owner who absolutely dotes on his pet and I come from the Liverpool area. I am getting increasingly fed up with jibes and remarks about Liverpool. Yes, this was a sickening crime, but to make a cheap shot about a place whilst using this as a vehicle is a bit tactless. Whatever your hang-up with Liverpool is please keep your remarks to yourself.

Wish I hadn't read the artical now, it's made me feel sick (& mad  >:( ).

Unless anyone knows who it is, and reports it, nothing will get done about it, just be forgotten about in the next few days.  Truth is unfortunately there'll not be the real justice that there need's to be.

The law doesn't seam to warrant animals suffering in the same way humans are.  And if they were to get caught be the police, you'll find all the law will allow is a banning of owning an animal, and a fixed penalty at the end of the day.

Like others have said, I'd vote for doing the same to the B%*£$'d to - I've got the matches ready, anyone got the rope.  >:(  >:(  >:(  >:(

Liverpool is a fine City.

I have a Lab and he gives me so much joy, to think that someone could do this is so shocking.

Eye for an eye? Mine welled up when i pictured the screaming dog described in the clip. If i could exact revenge the same way on those guilty of this despicable act without legal recourse then YES i honestly would have no qualms in doing so. Whether good or bad i'm afraid thug mode would engage & they'd get a proper hiding as a starter...just to warm them up for the main course.
I admire vets & RSPCA officers who have to remove pets from abusive homes. I could never exercise the necessary self control needed. Sadly again thug mode would engage ie let's see how rather' hard you are with someone who is'nt cowering in a corner when you're giving it the biggun'.
The fact this happened in Liverpool is neither here nor there. It should'nt happen anywhere full stop.

Ironically i've just finished reading "Marley & me" by John Grogan. I know it's out on film but i pefer to read the book, engages the imagination more & this one certainly takes you on a journey.

Call me heartless, but this story doesn't really bother me. It's not my dog i didn't see it happen etc.
Yes it callous & it should never happen, we live in a technical world where we gain access to news as it happens & so we're bombarded lots of stories. Years ago we didn't have the Internet & so local news stayed local. This kinda thing has always happened & unfortunately always will.
Though if anyone did that to my dog make no mistake they wouldn't be walking for long. I'm true to my word ;)
