I think the manufactures of the bollards should pay for a new car for the driver as there was a car going over and they should be able to stop.

It makes me wonder if the bollards aren't ever so slightly over-engineered of they can lift a car like that without the slightest hesitation. ::)

I've seen a clip of a wrecked fire engine due to bollards
