Title: Energy Report Waste of Time

A few weeks ago I received an invitation from my local council to fill in a home energy survey being sponsored by the Energy Saving Trust.

I duly sent off the completed document with all my property and energy use details.

This morning I have received the Energy Savings Trust's report on my property:

Quote I can "Stop wasting £7 on fuel bills" and "Reduce your carbon carbon footprint by 0.0 tonnes of carbon dioxide" over the year by, wait for it, installing "Cavity wall insulation"

...................I live in a housing association owned 3rd fllor flat in a five fllor block!! ::) ::) ::)

What a waste of time and money that was!! >:( >:( >:(

How much of that £7 saving has been spent by your council and the energy saving trust working out your answer?  ::)
