it's a stupid and dangerous game to over state the situation - very annoying because it plays into the sceptics hands - you really do not need to overstate the facts just give them what's known and scientifically proven jeezuz the sceptics'll have a field day now ;D

That's the whole point. It isn't scientifically proven. ::)

most of it is accepted by the overwhelming majority of scientists who study climate - my point is the ads, as we discussed at the time, were over-egging the pudding and it would come and bite them in the a$$. just stick to the scientific consensus and what can be demonstrated otherwise you open the door to the loonballs who can point at any piece of misinformation and claim it proves the whole thing is hokum.....thats what annoys me :(
