Been getting calls from this number for a couple of days now. Turns out I'm not the only one:

I found this comment particularly interesting. I wondered how long it would take these vultures to get round the anonymous call reject:

This series of numbers is used as gateway for incoming international calls. I this case by Carphone Warehouse

I just did AFTER I posted.
It seems to me there is a scam somewhere?

Yeah, I knew it was Swansea. I was just hoping it wasn't a past encounter with a nice looking sheep coming back to haunt me. Then I remembered, I ate her. ;D

Few people have commented saying it's Grants4U and they are cold calling regards insulation.  But as steve says, seems they are hiding behind other numbers.

Well its not me :D and the number is in the BT number range for swansea.
TPS normally sorts them, failing that ask them to remove you from the contact list as you are on tps, failing that a whistle by the phone for when they call....

If u ask to be removed from their list, they hav to by law... whether ur on TPS or not  :y
