Errmm not really, there will be no holes for leccy window buttons, door cards are difference design.... so doubt they will fit.
Lastly......WHY!!?!?! facelift ones are far better than pre-facelift!

Whether or not they are any better is a matter of opinion. I think facelift ones look a bit 'boxy', but each to their own.
Its irrelevent though, as it would be very challenging to put prefacelift cards on a facelift.

I find them much better in terms of quality, also no blanking plate on the passenger side for the wing mirrors...
pre-facelift ones are fine, i just think they will look out of place with facelift interior...

They can't line up with the dash either.
Tunnie, TBH I don't like the look of the facelift as much, especially the interior. But then I like newer cars even less. ::)
-
how about putting complete prefacelift doors on a facelift omega then?? would that work?
In general i didnt like the prefacelift interior at all until i saw in in cream, i just think its really nice but i prefer the dash layout, its the door panels I liked in the pre
being green, my facelift has beige interior and i just think the grey has a cold feel to it,

What i like about the facelift dash is there are not many blanking slots... the pre-facelift have those big row of buttons which are blanked on lower specs...
I think the facelift interior is a cleaner more modern look...
But hey if i had a pre-facelift i would probably prefer that! ::)

i think doors are the same, but the chrome trim would have to be replaced.
But your still going to have problems with electric window buttons

The doors are the same, so same 'challenges' as just doing door card. Mainly associated around the leccy windows.

I've got all the toys, no blanking plugs here! 8-)
This angular 'modern' stuff doesn't really do it for me, although some are OK. I like the more flowing natural stuff.

The tractor elite has a blanking plate. Obviously, it doesn't need a TC switch....
