Ofcom will now be tasked with setting a standard for the level of evidence required to begin an action against a copyright infringer.
Well, that's breaked for a start. OFCOM are a total joke, and if a sensible government are in place by then they will disband it and start again.

MPs were voting on something they have not debated, and have no idea what they were voting on. Again!!. this seems to be the norm now in the commons.

Put in place by geffen after their wining and dining of Sith Mandleson.

Oh, please, come on!
This bill was properly debated in the House. Proof of our democracy in action!
Or not, maybe.
"...at one point during the evening debate, fewer than 15 members were sitting in the chamber, despite over 20,000 voters having written to MPs to lobby against the Bill going through without a proper debate."

Standard for most bills. The "party" has a line .. the whips ensure that line is followed .. not a lot of point in the debate at all. The ONLY time this differs is "Private Members Bills" or bills under the "10 minute rule" where there is no party line to adhere to.
You don't vote for a person anymore .... you vote for a party

jus been reading this and jus had a general thought.... What if the entire country didnt vote at all? what if not one person voted in the general election? surely the labour wouldnt stay power as so many want them out... put then, who does go into power? Would this get the message across to the "government" that we dont want anymore BS?
