You could have started in the kingdom of Fife, one of the Admin might have rented you a tent plot for the night.   ::) :-X

Ideally, the overnight stop will be somewhat further south... :y :)

If you're camping James, I can recommend the place we stayed last year. On the A82 about a mile north of Castle Urqhart is a small campsite that also does pony trecking. Dirt cheap and only a 20 minute drive to Inverness heading north :y
