I'll shell out to tidy things up... not enough to warrant arsing around with insurances...

End of the day, it's rented... no point in going to town on it, until we get our own place in a couple of years... just keep it in good enough condition not to get kicked out ;D !

Looks quite cute actually... did it really do all this damage? Looks like a fight took place, I would look for the body of a burglar stashed away somewhere – just follow the blood stains…  ;D

Bad luck James...How old is the pup now?

Mine took about 8/9 months to learn what she was allowed to chew and what she wasnt.

I went through the same.....kitchen flooring chewed, skirting boards chewed....even lost 2 mobile phones....chewed to bits.

Now i can leave anything about and she leaves it alone......unless i give it to her.....then its a 'toy'

I used to shut her in the kitchen when i went out......so she could only trash the one room.....now shes goes where she likes.

Another thing you could try.....is dont give her all her toys when your in.....hide them from her.
Then give them to her when you go out.....less chance of her getting bored off them then......so will spend more time trying to destroy the toys instead of your house  :y

Shoot the tinker.

The girlfiend that is, not the dog. Shame on her owning Ibiza 97. ;D

Seriously, I would go ape if my dog did that. Especailly as we don't live anywhere near you.

We walked in together and saw it...

Took a surprisingly calm approach, put the dog out for a bit, whilst tidying up. I "spoke" to the dog outside (I firmly believe she knows what I'm saying!)

We didn't smack her...

ahh puppys destroying house, been there done that!

You right never to smack the dog, when they do things like take a pi$$ in the house, push their nose close to it, they hate it... they soon learn! Did that with our Springer she quickly learnt.

Our dog is much better now (she is 3)....

Bloody hell it looks like the dog loves music ;D ;D ;D

No seriously i feel sorry for that. It confirms that dogs are animals designed to live outdoors.

Wow, it looks like it went on a complete rampage!

Oh dear James, hope you get it sorted... :-/

Blimey James, surely the dog could have just told you it has a complete distaste for Ibiza and dance music!! ::)
Drop the girlfriend and keep the dog!! ;) ;D (Nah not really - I'm quite partial to a bit of dance music myself)

Seriously though mate, hope you get it sorted - not a nice thing to come home to. My mate locked his dog in his car for half an hour once while he popped into a shop. When he came out, the dog had virtually destroyed the car interior - seats, dash board, the works.
