Title: Have you ever been stopped ... ?
Post by: duggs on 11 July 2010, 21:05:08
.....at airports and asked for the proof of legitemacy of software on your laptops or, as in our case, PSP's.

Lets just say that both have ermmmmmmm been hacked and hold rather a lot of "software" on the memory cards. ????

I appreciate it would be incredible hard to stop and search every laptop entering or leaving the country...but was wondering if customs are looking out for such stuff...

UK customs *may* take an interest in software when you come back in to the UK, as software is expensive, and liable for duty if its been bought abroad.

Tunnie - only security will ask to see something working.  Customs won't give a flying monkey if its a bomb or not...
