I don't see why he should be denied entry, it's one rule for him and another for everyone else.

He has stood for office and been duly elected. That's called democracy.
Please, please God, will someone shoot that rather excuse for a human being Tatchell. I hate him with a passion.

Correct, so he received the invite.
He then went public and asked "for questions to put to the monarch" which is politicising his attendance and breaks the rules of the Palace (as well as the rules of politeness and decency .. but they would be totally alien to Griffin) .. so his invite was withdrawn.
Democracy and decency in action.... perfect result... :)

as one of her majesties "subjects" he has as much right as anyone to be there, double standards again, she is forced to entertain all sorts of dubious characters at the behest of the government who couldn't give a toss about how many people get tortured/ killed/dissapeared by these shysters as long as they sign a multi million pound arms deal ,the whole thing stinks >:(

Have to agree there. But just as well he was taught not to take it for granted.

Obnoxious fits quite well in this case.

despite the homophobic ranting from our learned friends, Entwood's right - he's just dumb enough to do what he always does - politicize it and get banned......cynics may suggest he does it delibarately in a desperate attempt to promote his dwindling party - wasn't there a recent election which shunned that shower? what is it that nick doesnt get? does he need a diagram in crayon? beat it....vamoos....scram.....go....leave..... ::)

To me the palace have played right into Griffin's hands.
If he had attended the palace, there would have been a bit of a story probably a demo outside and that would have been it.
By refusing him admission he can now run around bleating to anyone from the media daft enough to listen about how he's been victimised by the powers that be.
A huge dollop of free publicity for him and his blueshirts IMO.

Thanks for clearing that up E, I briefly saw the story on the news and fully understood why he was uninvited, but was unclear as to why he got the invite in the first place, which seemed odd at the time. Only one outcome. What a Muppet. ;D
