i mate im no expert but do enjoy making wheels that shouldn't fit , fit!
i would say as long as the width of wheel and tyre doesn't increase by loads and i meanloads i wouldn't worry about it!!!! just stick them on.
the offsett normally changes to adapt to new wheel width / shape to keep it in best place in car or on car...... so unless you totally change things no need to worry...... :y
your only talking 3mm max so that nothing!!!!!!!
and to give you an idea that im not just saying things ..... i own a e39 bmw estate.... who BMW there selves said 9in rears max 8 in fronts........... i turned up with 10x19 rears and 9x19 fronts....... and not a arch roller in sight!!!! so i went from a 225/65/16 to a 275/30/19!!!!!! dont get me wrong i have paper thin clearance BUT still paper thin and there is still a clearance!!!! ;D
