Title: brake disc
Post by: Fazeel on 26 August 2010, 22:15:00
can anybody give me an estimate of how much a pair of front brake discs would cost ??

Original ones from Vauxhall...

Im planning to buy them since they seem to be rusted alot plus they make alot of noise
They also vibrate when braking at high speeds

PM andyc, although you're in Bahrain, he may give you some idea of what you're facing cost wise.

If you have, or have access to, a trade club card, a front axle set of discs and pads is £80 odd. Cheapest way to buy them afaik.

Link to abs car club at the bottom of my post, link top right on that page has the info pack, £20 to join, their card also gives access to the trade club scheme, but savings are well worth it, oil and plugs also very cheap.

Hasty edit, not sure if the Trade club scheme applies given your location.

Try ebc, not cheap here though, and discs especially seem difficult to find cheap enough that don't warp, gm parts seem best balance on price.
