 :( sadly predictable at how many " immigrants" seem to "forget" about insurance, licence, m.o.t etc , even remembering their own names seems a struggle some times, makes you wonder why you bother sometimes >:( >:(

Then they get a £50 fine...after wasting hours of police time.
