There is talk on the web of installing android on the nokia n900. Which could be good as the maomo 'dangle berries' currently on the phone is so far away from finished it's not true, although I do like it's potential.
Any Android users on here? Is it usable? If so I'll look into it further....or shall I just get an iPhone and be done with it?
I have no idea how to insall another os btw... :-/

I have a HTC Desire with Android 2.2 (Froyo).
My advice is don't concentrate on the operating system, look at the benefits you want to obtain. There are many apps available for Android, but probably not as many as iphone, however it is a growing community and what appealed to me is the 'openess' of the Android approach. Iphone is more 'locked in' but that can also have benefits as well as downsides.
Do the ususal. Forget about the technology, sit down and write down what you want out of your phone / PDA, then look at the comparisons.
(I know nothing about android on nokia though)
Good luck, Pat

I think my phone is Android or whatever. It works fine other than keeps putting Sticky Posts up. . Nothing to do with me obviously ;D
