Title: This is a typical example of...
Post by: Turk on 19 September 2010, 04:45:24
...the ever increasing number of posts that have somewhat ambiguous subject headings.  >:(

It's a pain in the proverbial having to read every 'Advice needed', 'I don't believe it' and similar lamely headed posts to find out whether they are of interest etc.

At least give some idea of the subject.  :y

I actually agree with you
I wonder if we on here could have the thing I have seen on other forums , where you hover over the question and it gives you a preview of the question ?
Do you know what I mean ?  :y

In full agreement...... :y
I know I have come up with some previously discussed topics in all sections.....but at least I search as best I can first before posting....and do put the subject matter in the heading !!!!!!!! :y

At least you have got broadband and the item opens in a mili second.

Try opening badly titled posts with a third world pseudo broadband connection that is often slower than the old dial up!! :y

You don't need to concern yourself about the title of my threads. They are all extremely interesting and well worth reading. :y

I'm doubt that I am totally innocent of having posted something with a vague heading in the past. Most of us have done it at some point.
How about a little more effort all round ?   :y

I tend to open threads which have a 'meaningful' title first.  If I can post anything helpful in them I will.  The threads with a useless title get opened later.  I tend not to reply to them unless it's something very obvious.
