I know most of them, but thought it would get the 'grey matter' working...... Good luck.

Got to be honest Entwood, I only know these answers because I've seen these a million times before.  Didn't even see the 'a' in there  ;D

There are a couple of anomalies in this set, which need addressing.  Possibly because they are more suited to the American public?
