Title: First Impressions of OOF
Post by: whippit on 24 September 2010, 21:44:24
Recently bought my first omega B after running carltons for years so thought I would sign up here.
Thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome ;)
Seems like a very informative forum with a lot of very knowledgable members ;)
The only real niggle I would have is the post count setting in the buy/sell boards. I understand the need for a threshold but 250 posts seems excessive, especially to reply to a post.
Otherwise seems a great forum.......keep up the good work mods  :y

Welcome Whippit :)

Yes, the postcount limits are annoying, but sadly a result of previous hassles. Its sad, but currently the best option we have  :'(

If you are trying to source something, post up in Test section, one of the mods will then move.

Hope that helps :)

Everyone seems to know each other so well, I worry about posting, but they seem friendly enough though I think they have a dodgy Moderator.....
 :) :)

A PM to the seller would work (which is a much more sensible method anyway)  :y
