Indeed, the mind boggles!

That's one of those "Oh, I hit the wrong pedal!" accidents, isn't it.. Here's a tip - if it's speeding up, you're pressing the wrong one!  ::)

It looks like she stalled it before turning....she revved it to stop it stalling but forgot to take her foot off the go peddle by the looks ;D
Mind you I did  read in the paper a few years ago about a women who managed to overturn her nissan micra in a garage!!  ;D ;D
