So I tried to start the loco today and the f-ing aux volts (equivalent of a car alternator) didn;t come up!
So I have the joy of sorting that on Friday!

No rest for the wicked....you'd only be stood round one of those nice heaters otherwise :y

Yeh, a chuffing welder at the moment!
I suspect I know what it is, nothing a wooden cloths peg rammed in the right contactor wont sort.

Lol, I have been in the engine compartment having failed down the line with the control cubicle open with 1Kv on display whilst holding a broom, the head of which was holding 3 motor contactors in to keep it going so we could get back to base. ;D ;D ;D

Lol, very good, I suspect its a sticking Voltage Relay hence a cloths peg, might have a spare though so we will see.
