Title: Halfords/ main dealers prices
Post by: skyblue on 12 January 2011, 16:01:20
Well here goes. came out of work this morning and the car was dead as a door nail.New battery time I thought. Anyway Halfords  were more expensive than a main dealer... which  socked me as I thought it would be mega money from there but with the VAT £77:40 and a piece of mind knowing that I wont be left stranded due a flat battery

Which battery did you get ?

I went into my local Halfords yesterday and asked about a new battery and they quoted me for 7 different 075/010 batteries ranging from £45.99 upto £91.99 on trade card.

I only asked for the prices for a HD battery for a 3.0/3.2 and a HD battery for a 2.5TD  :-?
