as a block of six decent flats we have all had a gutfull of a "chav" couple who moved in over a year ago, with loud parties, dog fouling in the communal area, drugs etc......
but recently its been a laugh at their expense. firstly during a drunken fight male chav bashed female chav and has now been banished from the block- with social services, police, probation office and social housing getting involved.
secondly she is getting hounded by drug debts owed by male chav and in fear....made me laugh the police pulled out all the stops and gave her a panic alarm !!!!
but WE had to put up with sh1t night after night !!
this evening one of the 5 good neighbours found some chavdog poo in the yard and deposited it on their front door mat and they have only gone and trodden in it...oh deep joy to hear her shouting that it had ruined her new (and expensive) chav trainers......... ;D
i hate these type of people and cannot wait to move soon- bye bye scum.........

If you hate them so much and they have been annoying you so much then I assume that you confronted the man about his behaviour.
I assume that you pulled him up when you saw him and said "Right you......a word please!!!
I'm interested to know what he said to you when you confronted him?
Or do you and your neighbours say nothing when you see them...head down,look the other way and pretend that their not there.....then proceed to talk about them behind their backs like a bunch of old women because none of you are man enough and none of you have got the balls to say it to their faces??
It's people like that are scum...not the chavs. :-/

As for who is vile...I'll tell you who is......... somebody who thinks It's funny that a young girl who live's alone is being threatened with violance by Drug dealers.
If the young girl ends up getting a knife shoved in the side of her neck because the dealers want to send out a message that if you owe them money then you have to pay up or else....would you all find that funny as well.
I would say that Sir moanalot and his neighbours have a responsability to this vunerable young woman to keep their eyes and ears open for any danger that she might be in from these Drug Dealers...........but people like that would'nt bother would they.......why would they...she's just a chav right? :( :(

i must say, i agree with Liz and also Fudgee, going by what you've said you seem to be victimising and bullying a woman because of the abusive, alcholic partner she unfortunately ended up with - now shes finally shot of this creep, her neighbours, instead of rallying round are mocking her and watching as her (ex?)partners drug dealers take it out on her - i feel sorry for this person - i dont care what shes done - no one deserves that life, hopefully the violent druggies dont set up shop in her gaffe >:(

I would've confronted them face to face personally, but putting up with their shit all the time, it's easily understandable what the good neighbour did, about time they had a taste of their own medicine :y

theyre all agreeing with this fudgee bloke but tbh she was there with all the partying and noise and i bet she wasnt sat in a room on her own tutting at them,'dangle berries' she has contributed to the said debts and the annoying of neighbours so sod her.ive an annoying git of a neighbour with loud music/noisy dog and stupid car with neons and a massive spoiler and exhaust that just sounds like its blowing rather than good and ive had the authorities involved and dog warden round about the noise and shit in the garden which has made a sliught difference but the main one was when i threatened to knock him out,some people arent confrontational and sometimes this can make matters worse when i was a lad my parents had a neighbour who on a weekend liked to play music and beat his wife up late at night and if you went round he just played it longer and if you rang police she came to window and said everything eas ok,years later i had a do with him over garden wall and ended up jumping over and giving him a right clout,his wife then left him and last year he went round to my parents and appologised for the years of hell hed given them.people who are that way out laugh and jeer at you when theyre in theyre drunken and drug filled stupour and go out of there way to annoy you so its ok to knock what moanalot has put until you have this on your own doorstep and then you would be totally agreeing with him

Had to go away with work so couldn't reply to any comments. Firstly yep did had several words and don't back away with head down from these people so wrong in the first assumption, why would you surmise that was the case? Secondly myself and the 4 other flats have been trying to tell these "people" for over a year about their behaviour to no avail- they agree the n carry on. It's in desperation that we all have found it necessary to report these people.
Thirdly anyone "dissappointed" in me you at free to and my comments can spend a weekend here next to them and tell me what's what after that- I'm sure after a couple of sleepless nights and noisy days will make you realise that critising from a quiet location is is easy. Love tired and fed up tone.

Methadone is actually a very useful and effective intervention in treating opiate dependancy, thousands of people are able to function perfectly well in society thanks to it, I know as a proffesional in the field, best not to presume/label everyone who is on it a "Jakie" or other derogatory terms!

exactly,until you have it on your own doorstep you dont know what its like.last night i had to tell my neighbour(i got sick of going round so now i have a stick i can lean over fence and bray his door)the annoying thing is its not excessively loud its just crappy thin walls and he doesnt do it as much now after i threatened to smack him but i had to tell him last night to calm it he was having a party.its a fine line between hes in his own house having a party and i can live with that but he has to show some consideration to me,the day i threatened him i told him its easier to get along than not and i do try to stay sociable with him but i do fancy smacking him ;D
