2 questions spring to mind.....

1. ban farting as in the act of farting full stop which is impossible as we fart up to 15 times a day... or just ones that sound? or smell?? haahaa has africa got a social problem with repeat offending fart lords? hahahahaha

2. and what punishment will be handed out? over here if it was a law it would be an asbo.... over there you'd probably lose a hand!!  :-/ :-/ :-/

Come on let's face it Farting, Picking your nose, Scratching your Arse etc, some of life's most pleasurable daily necessities. I bet even HRH, God bless her, has a good old scratch every now and again. ;D ;D ;D ;D
