Any car with a slick 50 sticker in the engine bay is a car (or engine at least) to avoid IMHO.

There can be only one thing to say about this;

Looks ghastly, but that has a good chance of being sold, since there is plenty of time left.
Credit to the seller for all the work done on it, though.... ;)

Looking at the space under the bonnet I can well believe that engine is only 2cc

Been done many times. I had a Chevette with 1660 X flow engine and g/box. Peter Maiden used to do kits to fit the x flow and pinto engines into Chevettes.

Oh yes and apart from the colour I quite like it aswell, sorry.

Oh and to those who think it looks terrible, yes you have got very very old and should hand back you driving licences.  ;D ;D ;D

Think if you're going to irretrievably butcher an increasingly rare bit of heritage, you need to do it better than this.
Some poor modding decisions have been made here, so poor that the original car would have looked considerably better.

talking of licenses, once someone gets to 70 do they have to renew their license each year? i heard something on the radio about it after another 90 year old went down the motorway the wrong way  ::)

Just read the questions that have been asked about it.

Q: Hi, not too sure if your aware but this car was featured in Stret Machine magazine some years ago (early 2000's i think). Very high spec build. hope it finds a good home, Andrew
A: Hi thanks for the info will have a look.

So if it was good enough for a magazine it still gets a thumbs up from me.

So it should be reliable then...... ;D ;D ;D

35 years ago but too old for that style of car now, had it been an original than that would be a different story....funny thing is age.... ::) ::) ::)
