You have just taken a brand spankers Disco 4 out the showroom, awaiting final valet and delivery to customer on Thursday.
You reversed it into a lampost whilst parking it, causing damage to bumper only.
Do you....
Leave it there and say nowt.
Park it somewhere else and say nowt.
'Fess up and take the rap.

Not so many years ago the only two vehicles in our large car park at work where my van and my Inspectors car. And yes I managed to reverse the van into his car..
He did not here the collision but I went in and confessed. Think he and the company where more impressed for coming clean.

Vehicle was driven afterwards by an individual that I personally would not piddle on if he were on fire, such is my loathing for the air thief.... :-[

Wow, must be a very safe area then, all the dealers round here have got them. And quite a few second hand car dealers. Wonder if that is why the insurance is going up ::)

Not too surprisingly, I 'fessed up to the gaffer.
He didn't turn a hair, TBH. It happens, says he. Will swap it with another and sort the problem on that one when it falls due.... 8-)

A few more mishaps have happened at others hands since my Renault incident a couple of months ago hence i'm no longer at the top of the slops list. I still have to rebuild my no claims so to speak.
Still not sure of the outcome. Gaffer's in a happy mood & i think i'd be told if it was bad news but i dare'nt broach the subject. Fingers crossed!

well i went to asda on my way home tonight and as i backed carefully into my space the spare wheel touched a bollard and its pushed my back door in but hey ho ive had alot on my mind this week and its my grandads funeral tomoz so who gives a shish kebab :( :'(

I'm getting this feeling of deep love between you and your mate ::)
I very nearly - for the first time in quite a few years - lost it last Friday and was on the brink of explaining the facts of life to the chap in words of one fist or another.
Quite pleased in my (almost lack of) self control and kept it together sufficiently that he had to clean some spittle from his coupon and rush off to hide behind someone elses apron strings rather than me getting my P45... :-[ :-[ :-[

That's a worry with your previous Broocie, I know it's a cliche, but try to avoid situations/confrontations like that.
Then again, is it worse to bottle it up?

Having just seen your post Bruce I knew straight away what your answer would be :y. You are hewn from the hard granite of life and are a straight down the middle human being. ;)
By the way just got my P45 after 27 years at a certain establishment here in Fife. Looking forward to life. :-X
