Title: Another U turn, blooming government

Not really into politics, but if they can do so many u turns does this mean they got the sums wrong if the first place?..... ::) ::)

Oh, and a global problem, so no blaming Tony or your aunt etc.. :)

Insofar as this country is concerned I lay the blame firmly at the door of New Labour and my present state of mind - concerning certain matters - on my Aunt Florrie. :y
