yup, each time you respond to a thread or start a thread, its classed as a post. 250 limit is there to ensure you not only here to make money off this free forum.

If you want something rather than sell, if the admins are feeling nice they will move it for you

Only another 210 to go ;^)

Equally, when one of your posts is deleted, you will lose 1 from your postcount...  ...so if you have a plan to repeatedly reply 210 times in order to sell your car, you may be very disappointed, very quickly ;)

if someone posts on your thread, their reply doesn't add to your post count

Plus..if you post something, then delete it, then post it again, then delete it, you will go rather mad,,,,eventually. ;D

No not on here just to sell i can assure you, tho i may be looking at breaking my Mig (if poss)
have so many decisions to make, I really like it ahem (love it to death but Ssshhh)
and not sure wether to repair it, break it and get another one
or just concede defeat and get a push iron!!!

still genuinely baffled as to why we cant reply to other posts ie if there is something advertised on the wanted page you can only send a pm if your'e interested in it!
whats thats all about?
Anyways ours is not to question why Just get on with it!!!!

Because sellers with insufficent post count used to use that to offload a lot.

We agree, its not ideal, but its the best we have.

Viable alternatives include closing the sales areas completely!
Its not so bad when you realise thats the alternative  :y

Yeah i agree Jimbob. My concerns about my Mig Lizzie, is just wether it is a viable option to spend £300 on an Exhaust when the car isnt really worth much more (if at all) and along with a couple of other niggles (intermittent central locking, incorrect warning lights on the dash ie: headlight, breaklight)
is it just worth investing in another car/van and breaking this one. which then raises another problem, where will i keep it(and the parts) whilst i am breaking it, as i said it is a dilema that i am NOT taking lightly as i really (and i cannot stress this enough) do love my Mig, Epete has done all of the major   work i have needed on it.

Exhaust bandage is only about a couple of quid from halfrauds if you have a trade card  :y ::) ::) ;D ;D
