A quick blat up the motorway from "the smoke" to the wilds of Stoke today for some Loo-Knee TLC on the cam cover seals, breathers, cam shaft seals and crankshaft seal.
Thanks to the replacement vacuum chamber it was an even quicker blat back "darn sarf" afterwards. It now goes like sh*t off a shovel.
Many thanks Daz for a job well done. Sitting there at midday with the sun on my back and Mama-Mia blasting out in the back ground I could have been in Greece. I never realised it got that warm oop t'north.

Yup it was just under 30mpg on the way up and nearly 34 on the way back and that included flooring it a couple of times on the return trip to see how it picked up. Much smoother and as far as I can tell, no more oil leaks. Thanks once again. Mind you the oat cakes when they revisited in the early hours would have put your outside crapper up a notch or two on the environmental risk register. That's the trouble with us Suv'ners weak stomachs - although I reckon I can chuck as far as anyone when I'm pushed. Ta once again and I'll no doubt be calling again in future but next time I'll bring my own jellied eels.
