Title: Windows password recovery

Does anyone know how to recover your windows password if you haven't created a recovery disc ?
I must be losing the plot as I can't seem to remember it and I only changed it two days ago.  :-[
My operating system is Vista if that makes a difference.

Now tools such as Hirens are legal (its now packed with freeware/trial, rather than knocked-off commercial stuff), I can recommend that.
