I had the pleasure to be invited to Varche`s house yesterday to pick up some parts off the car he is sadly breaking
can i say what a an utterly nice and top man
we acually fitted all the parts i wanted together while the two wives sat in the shade and getting on like a house on fire
it was over 30 degrees c but not a complaint between us
then the four of us sat in the shade plied with cold drinks and plenty of cuppas, chatting away as if we had known each other for years
So not only do i now have a rear sun blind and cruise control stalk (teckII session coming up) i also have proper working wipers and complete plenum bolt covers
So a BIG thank you to mr and mrs varche for a wonderfull day and the start of a long frendship

Complaint? I have been posting on www.SpainI'mmelting.com asking Zapatero if he can turn the heating down a bit.
If we had been a bit more organised we could have had more drinks and some food.
Mrs V said we might have to have an OOF (Spain) meet mmmmmm 8-) 8-)
Glad the blind is working. The fawn one is now in the grey car and working. Actually it looks quite good and worked a treat in 39 deg C heat today.
Rob, I meant to ask if you want a saloon tow bar with twin electrics? Be perfect for all that "badinage" assuming facelift have the same fixing points. ;D ;D ;D
