Title: i dont understand the law

how come that girl who made a gun sign and went bang bang ends up in court?
they say she upset the policeman and caused him pain.what about the kids that call old people/disabled names and throw stones etc at there houses and the police say they cant do anything unless they catch them in the act.
now i dont agree with what she said but this must be over the top ,and how come the police have acted in this case.?
if they can use this law to look after there own why isnt it used more often.

Its probably such a rare incident, and the dumb ass media have picked up to feed their dumb ass thicko audience.

Sadly, the UK is lowering its intelligence to LCD.
