Do you think it got my point across or was i being a bit 'weak'......All i get is in reply is...'your email has been forwarded to parking for a response'
Dear Customer Services
Another week has passed and again no reply from 'parking'
Does 'parking' not bother to reply to emails? This is disgraceful!
If i didnt bother to pay my council tax, i would soon be called to question why i hadnt and fined in the process.
Perhaps 'parking' should get fined for not responding to emails.....
I realise its not your fault 'parking' are not responding to my emails, but is there an email address i can email them directly......surely in this age of recycling i dont have to waste paper and money in sending them letter!
Best regards
::)

Could of done with a few fooks in it I think ;) ;D ;D

If local authorities gave a stuff it would matter. But they don't. They're legalised scroungers

Nah, it's been referred to Par King. He's an outsourced Malaysian chappie who handles all complaints. Given the time difference between here and there, the workload (he works for all UK councils, which is a bit tough for a one-man operation), and possible problems with language, you may get a response by Christmas. There again...

Im actually dying for them to respond to my emails....as i think they are ignoring them....coz i believe they have inforced a parking restriction illegally ;)

Send them a final email telling them if they don't reply within 14 days, then you are going to complain to the Local Council Ombudsman.

This should stir them into action. :y :y :y

They have one of those 0845 numbers, that is used for everything......so if your lucky and can withstand pressing buttons, ie press one if you are on benefits and want more, press 2 if you are on benefits and want something free, press 3 etc/etc, for 10mins you might get to speak to someone in customer services, only to be told nobody in 'parking' is available >:(

Nice to see civil servants taking seriously the fact that they are responsible to the taxpayers who employ them. >:( >:(
