Title: The old girls not too...
Post by: Elite Pete on 06 June 2007, 13:25:00
Happy :(

Ive been working in Slough for 2 weeks and come back today for two reasons. 1 its the Lakes meet this weekend and 2 its my wedding anniversary tomorrow. So buy the wife a card, maybe some flowers and take her for a meal Thursday night then Friday morning pack the car and tell her I will see her Sunday afternoon and to have me a Sunday dinner ready and get my shirts washed and ironed ready for another 2 weeks in Slough.

I think she might be right about "you spend more time on the bloody forum than you do with me"

Well, it did sound like an ambitious plan. Very efficient use of time and all that, but why do they never appreciate such planning? Does she not like camping?

What about a romantic weekend away for 2 in....  a B&B in... Keswick?  ;D

I tell her I could be like a lot of blokes that go to the pub a couple of nights a week and roll in drunk and go and watch football on a Saturday and roll in drunk but its no good I still get ear ache. Still I must like it because im still at home  :y
