I'm presuming tidla means the Porsche body.. in which case it depends whose kit it is - but to take Chesil as an example (they always were the de facto choice, AFAIK) the basic body kit is somewhere around £5k plus VAT..

That excludes things like windscreen, lights, wheel trims, interior trim, gauges, heater, carpets, steering wheel..
I wouldn't be surprised if you don't end up in the region of £15k all told.

yes the beetle has a chassis, which can be unbolted from the main body and lifted off (rusty floor pans permitting).
had to look at a "t2"? van the other day because twit fit didnt want to know because it dont have a 16pin plug.
