Title: things looking better

prosecution dropped 3 charges due to lack of evidence. have to have pre sentence reports with probation officer then sentenced on 14th Oct. judge hasn't ruled put prison but all depends on my next 4 appts with officer. he wasn't happy with my bail conditions so relaxed them and im now going to stay with my sister till court. no more sofa and no more soaps i hope. very pleased so far.  :)

Nice result, now just keep your nose clean while pre-sentencing reports are being completed and cooperate with probation officer completing the reports........ :y :y

Criminal justice system has gone soft. You'd get five years if I was on the bench. Reprobate.
