Like courgettes? Like soup?
The last of mine from my veg patch ended up as soup....
Fry one large sliced onion + clove of garlic for a few mins.....in a big sauce saucepan
Add (i had 1/2 doz ) sliced courgettes
Add boiling water, just barely enough to cover
Add chicken stock cube
Add salt pepper if you like...
Simmer for 15mins
And then bliz with liquidiser.....
Mmmmm.......it tastes lovely :y
Just gonna have a big bowl of it with crusty bread in a min or two when it cools down a tad :)

I like soups.. especially in winter and cold months..
and sometimes even in mornings when I dont feel good in stomach..

I have had the pleasure of courgette soup made fresh with courgettes picked from the garden recently.
Its quite nice, but beware of the horrendous flatulence which will probably follow. ;) ::) ;D
