between cambridge and herts... duxford...? or wimpole hall... somewhere around there?

http://duxford.iwm.org.uk/

http://www.wimpole.org/

maybe not the right choice of venue if just want a car park and somewhere to eat and drink, but plenty of places nearby...

...although saying that you can go to wimpole and not actually have to pay for entry... just meet in the field/carpark... you can still wander around the estate, just not go IN to the hall

OK everyone. When is someone gonna make a decision. If its not Duxford then it should be in E Anglia so the alternatives to look at could be Thetford or Bury. I don't mind where, as long as its a Sunday and not during the school holidays [late Oct].

There are now the following Sundays:
28/09 - 05/10 - 12/10 - 19/10 then we get to half term. Thats it then, four to choose from as far as I'm concerned. We need a list something along these lines:

                Preferred  Preferred
Username Date         Location of meet
gwa          28/09       Any East Anglia location

Lets get cracking and show these others that quantity isn't everything! :y

Can't believe I'm posting this but defo up for a future meet up?

We need a nice supermarket car park or industrial estate (Cambridge park & ride?) then need to all bring some drugs, booze and teenage girls of loose morals.  Then all turn stereos up to full blast and have 'burn out' competitions before driving round and round all night until the police turn up  ;D

/sarcasm

Sorry, thought I was on VXON...
