Please do not reply to this thread, this is purely fo rme to manage the attendees and to give people piece of mind that they are included. You can still post on the original thread, ta.
Luckily for KW it looks as though we are in business for the 26th Feb.
Attendees must send me a PM with your full name and Vehicle Registration to be included on the confirmed list. For those who do not know why, there is a reason for this which will become apparent in due course.

I have sent emails out to those of who I still need info off of if I can get replies as soon as please so I can confirm the booking, work out the cost and then start taking dosh. As I am sponsoring you, the food and accom is all going on my mess bill so prepayment will be required to avoid me taking a hit with a £300+ mess bill. Ta :y

I have now confirmed the room prices and discussed curry with the staff. The cost was too high due to the labour (overtime, etc) so I am thinking of 2 option which I will put in a new thread once I have a price from a local curry house, please indicate your preference on there and not on here.
