* Heads finished - Dis etc refitted to 2-4-6
* Cylinder block all cleaned up
* 1-3-5 gasket (Elring) and head fitted, and torqued down. Autovaux bolts actually seemed OK, torqued up no issues.
* Rear coolant transfer pipe re-fitted, with a bit of grey goo around the O ring.
* 2-4-6 gasket and head fitted and torques - again, no issues.
* Thermostat and front link pipe fitted, incl B-Bolt.
* Lifters (yes, AndyB, all 24 :P) and camshafts + cam oil seals fitted, shells all torqued evenly etc..
* Cam pulleys aligned, fitted, and torqued.
* Cams locked in correct position.
* Rear timing belt cover fitted
* Waterpump fitted
* Crank brought to TDC, and timing belt kit fitted. The cambelt kit almost fell on the car - got it right straight away.
* Outer cambelt cover fitted
* Pulleys fitted for PAS, Crankshaft, water pump - and aux belt tensioner and pulley fitted.
* Few other hoses, ancils, and some general engine bay tidying up/routing.
Thought that was enough for one day, seeing as my face is still hurting from mumps ;D
Decided to leave oil cooler for now. It's not broken, and not leaking - in the rare event it fails I can change it later - not a hard job at all.
