As above.
I refuse to have those nasty sucker on sun-screens for the little one in the back so am interested in getting the rears slightly tinted (yes, I know there is some tint on as std but wanting something between std and datk smoke - not limo black :P).
Pics appreciated, esp on a silver car.

interested in this. Beleive Autobahnstormers members get a discount on tints through their site or something like? Anyone used them?
-
INterested that you have your front windows done - thought that this was illegal for newer cars, which is why you see some many with just the rears done.
What level of tint does you mig have?
Not sure about the grey MV6 wheels though :-/

I'll post pics of mine (not silver) when It's back with me tomorrow. I didn't want limo black either but wanted fairly dark.

I have iirc 70% tints on rear doors and back windows on my Mica Persia red estate, I will try to learn how to put up pics here... Cost was something around 300 EUR a few years back and it really made a significant change to the looks of the car. The main reason however was to keep the sun away from kids in the back seat and it works. The inside of the car keeps a lot cooler.

the front windows have to let 75% of the light through or your looking at a fine :'(
but ............. as long as ain't very dark you will find your average beat copper can't be arsed with the paperwork :y
but beware .............. trafic coppers carry a light meter around in there cars and if there that way inclined, you will get pulled :'(
at good mate / customer of mine got pulled in hull last month and the tw*t made him rip a chunk of the film of his window or take a ticket >:(
copper did'nt like it and got abit upset when his daughter started filming him on her mobile and said its going on u tube ;D ;D

Mmm, I have found some file that is 35% so should be ok with that then. I believe that there is a timing issue (ie the year the tint was carried out) that can come into play.
Anyway, I found these on the googlenetweb.
