Title: not omega , astra 1.4

hi   ;all not an omega but kind of 

i have a astra 1.4, 16v 2002
  it runs very good but lacks power on the lower on the lower revs , ok if u drop the gear and boot it ,
not smoking ,and water ok ,
  done a code check by brake and  accelerator and the code came up showing
  10     3     10 then it stops only does it once
  advice needed

It really wants a bit of live data work doing
