Just what I was thinking.
Vx punter price is £195 plus VAT or thereabouts, Delphi/Lockheed is £45 inc.....not really a difficult choice IMO.

I can get Delphi ones for around £32.80 so £45 seems a fair price for joe public
And far cheaper the Vauxhall....

I got a pair of Lemforder ones from autovaux for £125 which included VAT and next day courier delivery, which I thought was pretty good value :)

I thought £45 was a bit strong to be honest, but that was CAF price...and before I met a very decent bloke who now gets me genuine parts at cost +10%
Some genuine parts are still way OTT, but then others get quite sensible (eg, front shocks/struts at £40 rather than £72 retail or £52 TC)
Swings & roundabouts really.

Mine were OE from Vauxhall! ::) Not full retail price though.
