Title: what is it?

One of my wife's colleagues is responsible for abandoned vehicles and so went to look. It is actually on adopted land. 
I've not been to look at it myself but from the photo .......... what is it?
I think maybe an Elan+2  :-/

Surely someone from the lotus fraternity  would take that for spare panel bit's, has it gone to the tip yet?

I happen to know someone who likes nothing better than to collect old useless Lotus cr@p might be interested if it's got to be moved... ;)

Definetly DFS sofa cushions  ;D ;D. As for the car haven't got a clue :-[
