The Insurance isn't to bad ::)

Its defo ex-police, insurance maybe high on a manual 3.2 as they are rare. Autos have lower insurance than manuals.

You can stick another few hundred quid on top of that for cambelt, water pump etc. I dont care if they have a piece of paper that says it was done yesterday, I always do them anyway ;)
-
that is one stuning car if it was closer to me i would buy it today as it prob wont be there very long

only 16 miles up the road from me :(
gonna get some quotes i think..

I would check the car over very carefully before parting with cash.
Find out if it was a one Force training vehicle or from a central training establishment. If the latter, more chance its been maintained to a higher standard but you run the risk of it being used for loads of things, not just standard road miles..... Thinking Tpac, security escort training, firearms training, hostage rescue etc etc with the associated J turns, handbrake turns and other fun activities.
Unusual for a car to be kept for this long before going to the sales as its not cost effective.
Might still be a bargain though!!
