Title: Torque setting please

For the nice people on here with the availability to check various points of reference :)

I am after the torque setting for the con-rod cap bolts, for the pistons, in an Astra....

Is it also essential to use new bolts on these?  :y

What year,engine size and engine model is it  James ?
