Title: midlands scrap alert

been on the hunt for a used abs sensor over the weekend in the birmingham area, just thought id let anyone in the area know theres a y reg plod face lift  and 2 circa 98 cars at breakers at hoppers and slaters salvage yards

Are abs sensors easy to remove on the Omega?

I ordered a used abs sensor from a scrappy for my Scorpio and I received an entire suspension leg! Obviously the guy had tried removing a few but busted them in the process, so he sent me the whole leg.

I've found another!!! ;) Only a 4 pot mind, white estate on a V plate (2.2) at a place called 9 locks just off Brettel Lane in Brieley Hill :y

P.S. Don't go if you're after a MAF as it's in the footwell of my tractor ;D

they are only a couple of quid new!

aye, not worth messing about with 2nd hand at that price

unless you are heavy handed trying to fit and need 2 like I did  :-[
