The Beastie has been showing a code 19 for some time & miles now, has'nt let me down so far but could at any time so Markey Mark fitted another one today, checked it & it's code 19 free. :)
Given changes in circumstance i'm covering many more miles than i was so the peace of mind is welcome. Markey Mark has put alot of time & effort into both my Migs, giving parts & labour at a very fair price & always a good job done....& a brew!!! I know many folk on here help eachother out to save garage prices so to all of you who help those of us who are not as clever on the spanners, Big thankyou, could'nt run our Migs without your help. :y

Yeah, don't ignore the 19. It will let you down, and most likely when you least need it. I think I still hold the record for the furthest distance from home that mine let me down :-[. I always carry a spare crank sensor now if going on a long trip ;)
The 'spirit' of OOF is still there, deep down, despite some of the recent activity :y

Must confess, mine popped up a code 19 again so I changed it for a new one... I've kept the old one (Which was working fine, just throwing a code 19) as a "Get out of Jail Free card" in the boot :y :y

I've gone the other way...had an unexpected and early 19 a few months back...deleted it and it has stayed gone.
Am keeping a close eye on codes though :y
imho, you should try and watch and learn what others do to your car, not always possible I know, but it has taught me SO much, and I'll now do a lot myself.
3 years ago i couldnt do an oil change :y
