Title: lpg got me £15 off car tax today!
Post by: feeutfo on 16 October 2009, 12:06:11
i didn't think anything over 2litre got a concession if lpg installed. But Mrs G thought she would check for sure and rang them.
Apparently its done on emissions now and my road tax comes down from 215pa to 200! Must be registered as dual fuel on the v5 though.

Not a massive amount but might as well have it. :-)

£200 for a 3.2 :o

Over here that would get you anything under 1000cc
for a 3.2 would be €1566  :'(

Fek me! Why so much?

We where moaning, over here, about it going up to 400odd 6 or 7 months ago. Luckily the govt either dropped the idea or postponed it. One or the other.

Simply because this is one of the worst country to own any car that isn't a food mixer.  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

But after 3.5 litres it doesn't get any more expensive so most cars are either very big or very small, v8's are more common than v6's  :-? :D
