hi guys/girls,
a mate of mine has a 93 carlton diplomat in excellent nick but now has problems with the left stalk that does the full beam and needs a replacement. I think the part no. is 90213330. He's tried VX with no joy and is trying Autobahnstormers too but I wondered if anyone on here has any ideas on getting hold of one.
Thanks

iirc a Omega one will fit, but be a little shorter.
may do if he gets stuck.

Cheers,
I did think of this myself but wondered whether a stalk from a mig would fit/work not least because of the difference in age between the two cars. Any ideas on best/cheapest way of getting hold of a mig left stalk (aside from a breakers) and of how easy it would be to fit ? Sorry to be a pain

There are usually a few being broken in the parts for sale section. :y
Have had good experiences when buying from Loo-Knee and Markey Mark myself. :y

you may get one FOC....lots of people have spare after installing cruise :y

Where are you? I think I may have a stalk or two laying around.

Thanks for the prompt responses guys, helpfull as always! The stalk he needs does the cruise control as well as the beam/indicators so I'm not sure whether the e;bay one is the right one but I 'll contact seller and see but thanks for the link Rob. Have to speak to my mate and see what he wants to do if no joy there and maybe he'll have to go for a mig stalk instead-in which case I'll take you up on your offer Deviator !!We're in Great Yarmouth but if youve got paypal maybe we can sort out a price and p&p. Once again, thanks to all for your kind responses and I'll let you know. :y

IIRC, with patience, you can remove the switches from what you already have & refit in a standard NON cruise indicator stalk :y

OK mate, I'll take a look through my box of stalks, I'm sure I have a CC one in there! Will take this over to PM now.
(Stops needless bumping).
As said above, nothing stopping you taking the stalks apart and just swapping the bits that are worn/broken. Just be careful as last time I opened a stalk switch, bits of metal and springs exploded in all different directions!
