can any one tell me whats in volved to change from self leveling rear shocks to standered one please

Remove self levellers, fit standard shockers & take the fuse out for the level compressor. Job done.  :y
But if  you have access to Trade Club prices,  the proper self levellers are 'only' around £150 for the pair from Vauxhall.

You might also want to seal up the ends of the air pipes to the shocks so that they dont get crud in them.

That way they could be put back to standard in the future

Or tie/tape them up to something so they don't get worn through by the wheels/tyres and the bloke who then fits the proper dampers doen't have to buy new air lines. Like I did  ;)  ;)

chears guys would like to stick with the shocks but the prices are very high just been quoted £189   :-[

Just paid £70 each on Trade CLub for genuine VX - car drives so much better/firmer - should have changed them ages ago.

ah yes - the dreaded VAT

Bill says - £70 plus VAT x 2 = £161 the pair.

dont mined paying that for them but the lowest i can get them for is £228 +vat the pair :(

check other posts on here regarding how to get a Trade Card - got mine through Autobahnstormers but I think that is linked to owning V6 cars
